Pre sales: consultation, discussion, selection
In sales: communication, exchange, training, materials, mold reference design
After sales: installation, debugging, training, timely provision of spare parts and vulnerable parts, one-year free service, available within 24-36 hours.
Service process
  • Pre sales consultation
    Communicate with our sales personnel to determine the required equipment and different molds based on the production of workpieces, and we will provide reasonable purchasing suggestions.
  • Sign a contract
    We will propose solutions based on the actual needs of the customer's products, sign a contract through friendly negotiation between both parties, make advance payment to the account, and the order will take effect.
  • On demand production
    Based on different customer needs, design drawings, assign production tasks, and complete equipment production through processing, assembly, painting, electrical and other processes.
  • Acceptance and delivery
    The produced equipment needs to undergo compression testing, monitor and inspect the product quality to ensure that there are no issues with the product quality, and arrange for shipment.
  • After-sale service
    Provide users with a one-year free warranty and lifelong repair service for the products they purchase. If used for more than one year, provide paid services and charge a reasonable cost price.
