Through years of independent research and development, our company has successfully launched the FS79Z-400, FS79Z-630, FS79Z-800, FS79Z-1000, FS79Z-1250, FS79Z-1500, and FS79Z-2000 series of dry powder automatic forming hydraulic presses with multi axis CNC drive control. Currently, there are two main configurations: 6-axis and 11-axis. The intelligent combination technology of pump controlled CNC position closed-loop control and valve controlled CNC closed-loop control is adopted. After testing by the Jiangsu Forging Machinery Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, the precision of the press's repeated positioning is excellent& Plusmn; 0.01mm, noise controlled below 77 decibels, template (mold installation base surface) parallelism≤ 0.02mm, parallelism of the master cylinder running trajectory relative to the workbench≤ 0.02mm (within 150mm travel range).
