Overview

This series of hydraulic presses is suitable for the pressing process of plastic materials. Such as powder product molding, plastic product molding, cold (hot) extrusion metal molding, sheet metal stretching, as well as stamping, bending, flipping, correction and other processes.

The machine has an independent power mechanism and electrical system, which are centrally controlled by buttons and can achieve three working modes: adjustment, manual, and semi-automatic:

The working pressure, pressing speed, empty fast down and deceleration stroke range of the machine can be adjusted according to the process needs, and can complete three process modes: ejection process, without ejection process, and stretching process. Each process has two process actions to choose from: fixed pressure and fixed stroke. The fixed pressure forming process has pressure holding, delay, and automatic return in pressing.
